QueueMetrics on Premise is not supported nor available for appliances under a size of 50 agents. If you are not sure if your product is compatible with QueueMetrics on Premise, please contact our sales department.

Monthly subscriptions to QueueMetrics Live have no long term committment. You can cancel yours at any time either by closing the subscription on PayPal or by asking Loway to close it. Once your PyPal subscription is terminated, your instance will be terminated automatically when the currently paid-for period expires.
Given this flexibility that you enjoy, Loway does not offer refunds for early termination of subscriptions when they have already been charged by PayPal.
